📄 Refund Policy — SitStayFitzPetCo

At SitStayFitzPetCo, we take pride in providing reliable pooper scooper services and effective, compassionate dog training. Because our work requires time, preparation, and reserved scheduling, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

 

🐾 1. General Policy

All sales for services are considered final once booked. Refunds are limited and issued only under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

🐾 2. Dog Training Services

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

•             Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full credit toward a future session.

•             Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or credit.

•             No‑shows are non‑refundable.

Training Programs (Packages)

•             Multi‑session programs are sold at a discounted rate and are non‑refundable once the program begins.

•             Unused sessions may be transferred to another household dog at our discretion.

•             If SitStayFitzPetCo must cancel a program for any reason, unused sessions will be refunded or credited.

Results Disclaimer

Training outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and owner participation. We do not offer refunds based on training results.

 

🐾 3. Pooper Scooper Services

Missed or Inaccessible Yards

If we arrive and cannot safely access your yard (locked gate, loose dog, unsafe conditions), the visit may still be charged and is not eligible for a refund.

Weather Delays

Severe weather may require rescheduling. Weather‑related delays do not qualify for refunds, but we will make every effort to complete service as soon as conditions allow.

Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a scooping visit, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re‑service the area at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction unless we are unable to correct the issue.

 

🐾 4. Subscription or Recurring Services

Recurring scooping plans may be canceled at any time.

•             Services already completed are non‑refundable.

•             Prepaid future services may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

 

🐾 5. Emergency or Special Circumstances

We understand life happens. Refund exceptions may be considered for:

•             Medical emergencies

•             Family emergencies

•             Unexpected long‑term changes in pet ownership

These are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

 

🐾 6. Services Canceled by SitStayFitzPetCo

If we must cancel a service and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive:

•             A full refund, or

•             A credit toward future services

Your choice.
