📄 Terms & Conditions — SitStayFitzPetCo

Welcome to SitStayFitzPetCo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our pooper scooper services, dog training services, or any related pet care offerings, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

🐾 1. Services Provided

SitStayFitzPetCo offers:

•             Dog training (private sessions, programs, behavior support)

•             Pooper scooper services (one‑time, weekly, biweekly, or custom schedules)

•             Additional pet care services as listed on our website or discussed directly

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, weather, and safety considerations.

 

🐾 2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, clients agree to:

For Dog Training

•             Provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, history, and any safety concerns

•             Follow training recommendations and homework assignments

•             Ensure your dog is healthy and up‑to‑date on vaccinations as required

•             Notify us of any changes in behavior, health, or household environment

For Pooper Scooper Services

•             Ensure yard access is available at the scheduled time

•             Secure dogs indoors or in a safe, contained area during service

•             Maintain yard conditions that allow safe entry (e.g., no aggressive dogs loose, no hazardous debris)

 

🐾 3. Safety & Behavior

We prioritize the safety of your pets, our trainers, and our staff.

We reserve the right to:

•             Refuse or discontinue service if a dog displays aggressive or dangerous behavior

•             Modify training plans if safety concerns arise

•             Pause or cancel scooping visits if unsafe conditions exist (aggressive dogs, severe weather, hazardous yard conditions)

 

🐾 4. Payments & Billing

•             Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed

•             Late payments may result in paused services

•             Returned payments or failed transactions may incur fees

•             All prices are subject to change with notice

Third‑party payment processors handle all financial transactions securely.

 

🐾 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Dog Training

•             Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

•             Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged the full session fee

Pooper Scooper Services

•             Cancellations must be made before your scheduled service window

•             Missed visits due to inaccessible yards may still be charged

We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

 

🐾 6. Weather & Service Interruptions

For safety, we may delay or reschedule services due to:

•             Severe weather

•             Hazardous yard conditions

•             Emergencies

•             Illness or staff availability

We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

 

🐾 7. Pet Health & Emergency Care

If your pet experiences a medical emergency during training or while in our care:

•             We will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately

•             If necessary, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf

•             You are responsible for all related veterinary costs

We are not liable for pre‑existing conditions or injuries unrelated to our services.

 

🐾 8. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

•             Dog training involves inherent risks

•             Results vary based on consistency, environment, and owner participation

•             We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by your pet during or after training

•             We are not liable for yard conditions, property damage, or injuries caused by hazards outside our control

Our staff takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety and professionalism.

 

🐾 9. Photos, Videos & Marketing

With your consent, we may take photos or videos of your dog for:

•             Progress tracking

•             Training documentation

•             Marketing or social media

You may withdraw consent at any time.

 

🐾 10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with outside parties.

 

🐾 11. Termination of Services

We may terminate services at any time due to:

•             Safety concerns

•             Non‑payment

•             Repeated cancellations

•             Failure to follow training recommendations

•             Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff

You may also terminate services at any time, subject to cancellation policies.

🐾 12. Agreement

By booking or using SitStayFitzPetCo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
